以音频为中心的社交和娱乐平台荔枝集团（NASDAQ：LIZI）宣布推出语音聊天机器人“小吱”，为用户提供有趣的智能语音聊天体验，目前已在集团旗下互动音频娱乐平台荔枝App内上线。

基于对AI前沿科技的深入研究和探索，荔枝团队将自然语言处理NLP技术与智能语音技术相结合，此前已完成语音聊天机器人原型的开发。现在，结合用户的在线互动需求以及产品特性，荔枝通过对AIGC基础模型的深度训练及进一步优化，实现了语音聊天机器人“小吱”在产品中的落地。“小吱”机器人首先通过语音识别ASR技术对语音输入内容进行自动识别和文字转化，再应用NLP自然语言模型对输入内容进行智能分析和反馈，最终通过语音合成TTS技术实现语音回复的输出。用户可以直接通过语音或者文字与“小吱”机器人进行聊天互动，体验全新的智能语音对话功能。

此前，荔枝旗下在线社交平台TIYA App通过接入和训练OpenAI开发的基础模型，已推出在线聊天机器人TIYA Bot。“小吱”机器人的推出则在NLP技术的基础上，结合荔枝的音频技术能力，新增了语音功能。

接下来，荔枝将继续推进对前沿科技的研究和探索，持续训练和优化AI模型，进一步升级现有聊天机器人功能，同时拓展其应用场景，实现更多创新模块在音频产品中的落地，为用户提供更加丰富的线上聊天互动体验。
